Main Applicant Requirements

Before beginning the application process, Main Applicants (MAs) are advised to review the Frequently Asked Questions. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and processes involved.

New Application Requirements

Applicants must utilize the online portal to submit all necessary forms and documents:

  • Application Form N4: Required for every individual included in the application.
  • Consent Forms: Must be signed by both parents for minor dependants.
  • Letter of Intent: This should be a signed and dated declaration from the MA, outlining the reasons for relocating to Malta and the intent to apply for the Nomad Residence Permit.
  • International Passport: Applicants must submit a PDF containing all passport pages (including blank ones) as a single document.
  • Curriculum Vitae: Should detail the applicant’s professional and academic history.
  • Bank Statement: The last three months’ bank statements, showing income directly credited to the MA’s account, are necessary. These statements should be official and either digitally downloaded in PDF format or scanned copies of the stamped and signed hard copies from the bank.
  • Police Conduct Certificate: Applicants aged 18 and above must provide a police conduct certificate from their home country. This certificate should be original, less than six months old, and properly certified or legalized. For non-English documents, a translation is required.
